Tara Sandidge
Founder, The Brains
Tara Sandidge is a U.S. Army veteran and former private contractor with over nine years of overseas experience performing multiple roles in high-risk environments, including service as a Protective Security Specialist (PSS) providing Personal Security Detail (PSD) support. Her diverse background has cultivated discipline, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence—qualities she now brings to Fenrir Gunworks as an owner and business manager.
At Fenrir Gunworks, Tara oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and a focus on exceptional customer service. She is passionate about building strong client relationships, maintaining rigorous quality control, and providing personalized support that reflects the company’s core values of trust and reliability.
Tara’s extensive military and contractor experience gives her a unique perspective on the needs of Fenrir’s clients, helping to ensure every product and interaction meets the highest standards.
Mike Sandidge
Founder, Gunsmith, Jack of All Trades
Mike Sandidge is a U.S. Army veteran with over two decades of experience in firearms maintenance, instruction, and tactical support. As a former Armament Systems Specialist and Instructor with the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR), Mike developed deep expertise in the function, care, and operational readiness of advanced weapon systems under the most demanding conditions.
Today, he brings that same level of precision, discipline, and reliability to Fenrir Gunworks — a shop known for professional-grade Cerakote finishes, full-service gunsmithing, and high-performance custom Kydex holsters.
Mike holds an Associate of Science in Firearms Technology from Sonoran Desert Institute, is a GLOCK-certified armorer, and is also a USCCA Certified Instructor, offering responsible firearms education to civilian gun owners.

Rafael Torres

Rafael “Raf” Torres is a U.S. Army veteran with a professional background spanning firearms instruction, antique firearms preservation, and practical armorer work.
At Fenrir Gunworks, Raf serves as the resident antiques specialist and armorer, combining historical knowledge with hands-on experience to support collectors, enthusiasts, and professionals. With over a decade of experience restoring and maintaining historical firearms, Raf brings unmatched care and authenticity to every antique weapon that passes through the shop. From vintage military rifles to rare civilian models, his expertise ensures proper function, respectful restoration, and historical integrity. In addition to his work with antique arms, Raf serves as a shop armorer — conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs to keep modern firearms reliable and field-ready.
Raf holds NRA and USCCA Instructor certifications and is also a certified Arizona Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Instructor, training professionals in legal compliance, safe handling, and operational readiness.
Raf’s background as an Army veteran, instructor, and technician makes him a valuable part of the Fenrir Gunworks team — committed to quality, safety, and the preservation of both firearms and the skills to use them responsibly.
